Desired Image Handling Logic

Hi,

I need some help regarding the following point for image select tag:

1. If the inserted image's width and height are both less than or equal to the defined picture format, it should retain its original dimensions.
2. If either the width or height exceeds the defined picture format, the image should be scaled down proportionally to fit within the defined dimensions.

Is there is any settings in clippit which can be used to acheive this or is there is any way in docx itself for autoscaling or scale down for image control which can be done based on the image uploaded.
