[FR] Possibility to have multiple configurations?

I love the simple, clean UI ResticScheduler offers, it really feels like a first class macOS citizen is there any chance to maybe have the ability to support multiple configuration profiles though?

As an example - my restic setup would backup hourly to an external drive (if connected) and to a remote repository (S3 or SFTP, if connected to the right wifi networks). Restic itself has no issue supporting this by using multiple configuration files and specifying the one to use on the command line.

The UI part is the place I've not had any good ideas for either - it's tricky to get profiles in but keep things as clean and simple as they are right now ^^'

I appreciate that you're even considering the feature request!
