[FR] Skip backup if .beforeBackup-Hook fails?

The description says it all - it would be great if there was a way to skip a scheduled backup if the .beforeBackup-Hook fails / returns non 0.

This would allow for all kinds of extra checks like "Should I backup on this WiFi? Is my backup volume available? Can I create an APFS snapshot to backup from?" etc. which adds a lot of customisability without adding complexity to ResticScheduler.
