Reproduction
Configured sinks in the following way

Logged an error message from a controller

Expected behavior
All messages should be logged, and please keep in mind that I am not putting any stress. There were only 4 messages

Relevant package, tooling, and runtime versions
Runtime: NET 7
Package version: Serilog.Sinks.ApplicationInsights --version 4.0.0
