How to set TLS_DOMAIN/MTP_TLS_DOMAIN for docker container?

I am trying to set the TLS_DOMAIN/MTP_TLS_DOMAIN variable for the docker container, but I don't think either of these TLS_DOMAIN or MTP_TLS_DOMAIN variables work for the container, I keep getting a link for s3.amazonaws.com.

I had a similar problem, replaced with the required domain in the source and rebuilt the image
