Compatibility with parallel_tests: invalid option: --exclude-pattern

First of all, as always, thanks for the amazing work. I am thrilled to try out this gem, but when I tried to replace my existing parallel_rspec command with turbo_tests I faced this issue right away: invalid option: --exclude-pattern.

Am I missing something or is this option not available in turbo_tests? In the second case, would you accept a PR to make it available?
