Reduce base height

Right now the base is still quite thick due to the lack of material around the bolt holes.

More material should be put around the bolt holes and the thickness of the base reduced as much as possible, while still leaving enough material to have a rigid enough cover over the hot-swap sockets.

At the same time, it would be nice to introduce more material around the switches for extra rigidity and weight.
