Excessively distorted elements

Hi, I adapt this material in my model which is an RC beam monotonic loading test. An error occurred like the following, all parameters were defined as those in the tutorial.

Error in job Cui_vumat: The elements contained in element set ErrElemExcessDistortion-Step1 have distorted excessively.
Error in job Cui_vumat: Print-out suppressed for subsequent distorted elements
Error in job Cui_vumat: There are a total of 18 excessively distorted elements
Error in job Cui_vumat: The elements contained in element set ErrElemExcessDistortion-Step1 have distorted excessively.

There is a problem with this code. Although it can be calculated after modification, it still cannot calculate a slightly larger deformation problem.
