Quests have been acting strange lately

Quests that were once completed are randomly popping back up as Available, or In Progress, then disappearing the next day. These quests are known to be non-renewable. Trying to start/complete them won't actually do anything, though.

After completing the entire questline for "Moppie The Lone Dawg", Lisa has a light bulb up for "Fairy's Horn Flute" again... However, clicking on it won't actually do anything. The quest is in the Available Tab, but won't move to the In Progress Tab. I tried to replicate it on another character, but Lisa doesn't put up a light bulb for it after completing the entire questline. "Fairy's Horn Flute" seems to have appeared back in the Complete Tab again, and Lisa no longer put up a light bulb. However, Moppie now has a light bulb up for "A Request from Moppie". However, clicking on it won't actually do anything. Now "A Request from Moppie" has disappeared the next day. Maybe all these completed quests are renewable based on time passed? No, it doesn't seem to be renewable. It's the next day, and the second test character doesn't see any light bulbs. We need to look into this further.

The quest "Jane's Final Challenge" seems to have become Available for no apparent reason. The questline is actually called "Jane the Alchemist", so it actually popped up into the In Progress Tab.

The quest "I'm Bored 2" seemed to have become available for no apparent reason; Icarus had a light bulb up again. However, clicking on it and accepting the quest won't actually do anything. The questline is called "I'm Bored", so it popped up into the In Progress Tab.

I'm still unsure why some quests reappear after having completed them, but it disappeared after I've completed some prior unfinished quests, or after re-logging? I'm not sure.

The quest "Rain's Maple Quiz 5" seemed to have become available for no apparent reason; Rain had a light bulb up again. However, clicking on it and accepting the quest won't actually do anything. The questline is called "Rain's Maple Quiz", so it popped up into the In Progress Tab.
