How to bind keyboard Up arrow Down arrow Right arrow and Left arrow to my mouse

I'm trying to get my mouse set up to play Helldivers with my kids. I have a Razer Naga mouse that has 12 side buttons. I want to key the mouse side buttons as follows:

Mouse 2 will be the keyboard up arrow
Mouse 5 will be the keyboard down arrow
Mouse 4 will be the keyboard right arrow
Mouse 6 will be the keyboard left arrow

I'm lost. I'm not sure how to register my mouse buttons via the software. I think I have this set up badly. Whenever I choose to apply the key binds I lose control of my mouse pointer and I have to unplug it and plug it back to get control of it again. I tried to do the bindings on that last "Right Arrow" and the output side is greyed out.

Also is it possible to have multiple different key binds? I was able to do that with the Razer Naga software but I'm unsure if I can do that here.
