An observation is the following command (usually invoked at startup) while loading the mappings resets the keyboard delay rate and repeat rate to some default values than what is set on LinuxMint 'cinnamon-settings keyboard' command (in UI).
bash -c input-remapper-control --command autoload
Wondering if there is a way for the input-remapper not to change the existing settings other than what is configured for it? Any one who figured out how to fix this issue or any pointers one can share that are relevant?

Hello,

Thank you!
