Missing dependency "python-setuptools" from AUR PKGbuild

python-setuptools is listed as a makedepend in the AUR PKGbuild, but it should be listed as a dependency as well. Without python-setuptools installed, the input-remapper-gtk application returns an error:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'

pacman -S python-setuptools fixes this
