tabyl is very convenient and powerful, and helps me a lot.

In R, the type of variable is very important. We usually want to change it when exploring the levels of a variable with tabyl.

Could you please add the output of variable type after running tabyl?

I would like tabyl() to return (or display) the variable type of group (e.g., factor, character) either as an attribute or within the output table, because type information is important when interpreting grouped summaries.
