Go through all the later tests in testsuite and make them support IRIX. #2
Description
All tests introduced after this commit should be screened for IRIX feasibility. For example, Loongson SIMD tests won't ever succeed on IRIX.
As a basis, a list of test failures and unexpected successes should be produced. @onre will provide such a list in near future.
When actual bugs are found based on test suite results, new issues should be created one by one.
