rpm-macros: rewrite of /usr/bin/env bash (etc)

Seen with docbook5-style-xsl, rpm - any scripts that use /usr/bin/env TOOL get rewritten to /usr/bin/TOOL.

It would be nice to rewrite these to /usr/sgug/bin/TOOL - and would fix a regression seen with more recent rpm macros versus just using the original /usr/bin/env TOOL.

These are (I'm pretty sure) fixed as part of the last round of fixes during the world builds of 0.0.6.

Nope, checking docbook5-style-xsl, there's still a #!/usr/bin/python reference in there -> re-opening.
