#include_next <stdint.h> missing

When trying to compile SDL2 with SGUG GCC I'm getting an error:

/usr/sgug/lib/.../9/include/stdint.h: error stdint.h no such file
#include_next <stdint.h>

I got it to compile my using CFLAG -ffreestanding, but now the linker fails with every basic libc function.

SDL2 is 2.0.12 patched with SGUG RSE patch and GCC is form SGUG RSE 0.0.7
