Questions about used pins

In the program it is written:

#define RADIO_PIN_CE 10
#define RADIO_PIN_CS 11
```
To do this, pins 7 and 8 are used by default in the used library.
In arduino, pin 11 is MOSI, isn't this a pin conflict?
