Footer UI has unnecessary margin between theme icon and text

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to 'home page'
2. Scroll down to 'Footer'
3. Look 'the text content shifting toward left and toggle theme icon towards right'
4. See there is unnecessary margin between theme icon and text
