In login button wrong CSS is Applied, not compatible with UI
hover effect is not compatible with UI in both the mode light and dark

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to 'home page'
2. Hover on 'login button'
3. See hover is not properly visible in both light and dark mode

the hover effect should look like on other buttons like github button in hero section
