[bug]: Input OTP throw errors while testing

Hey,

The lib used for input otp seems that has some random errors while running test, seems like there is a PR from June but maintainer is not giving feedback since June (seems so)

this is really annoying cause CI fails more than we want to this, should this lib be replaced if the maintainer is no longer giving support?

I think is still open cause seems that the maintainer of the library is not available (or at least not merging that PR that has been opened since june).
