raytracing test coverage #463
Description
slang#7205 added few integration tests for Optix in PR #447 and others.
However not all the intrinsics are covered and there was bug uncovered on missing/wrong intrinsic LoadLocalRootTableConstant
We would like to have integration tests covering 100% of the optix intrincs.
