Create Docker Hub Automatic Build of Shadow image

Dockerfile:
- inherit from osrf/ros:indigo-desktop-full (check the name but you get it)
- run development one liner

Commit to github, replacing the shadow-robot/shadow-robot Dockerfile

On docker hub:
- point automatic builder to this shadow-robot/shadow-robot image to have image built and always up to date.
