Changelog for last version is missing from fastlane

Fastlane somehow lacks the changelog for v1.3.1 (`1030104.txt` as per APK attached, resp. `1030100.txt` as per F-Droid). Could you please add that (and also remember doing that for future releases)? Thanks!
