Unfolder produces incorrect shape

For the part below the unfolder produces an incorrect shape - it fills in a hole and creates a cut line at the edge of one of the bends:

I think the hole pattern extending into the fold might have confused the unfolder.
If I confine the pattern to the flat bottom, it seems to work.

@alexneufeld , any thoughts?
