Missing Scroll Buttons

Missing buttons when the panel is smaller than the tab's width, which is always the case.

yes. but the 2 "empty" new buttons are supposed to scroll the other missing buttons. I dont know why the arrows are missing on these empty buttons. This is a built in QT thing.
