Add FBO services info

This needs to be spec'd out further, but some way to capture FBO services available at an airport could be a good addition. These would include:

• Crew cars (already captured somewhat with the car rental tag/textarea)
• Plane rental
• Flight training
• Restrooms/kitchens/snacks/showers
• Passenger pickups? Whatever other amenities are useful to GA folks.

I've been using the car rental tag for both commercial car rentals and crew cars. I'm wondering if there's a significant advantage to splitting those into two tags (it's not trivial since it would require going through all airports with those tags to update them accordingly). Do pilots care if there's a crew car vs. a car rental at an airport when looking for somewhere to land? My assumption was you car first and foremost if there's any car available and only then if it's free/paid.

There's a crew car availability field, which covers crew cars, but you can't filter on that. I generally look at airportcourtesycars.com for crew cars but it would be nice to have that and restaurants in one place. I'm a recreational flyer, generally looking for lunch on field or close by with a courtesy car. I'm not going to rent a car for lunch.
