file extension support

Hi @shannah -- I noticed that my app wasn't opening anymore when trying to open it from the file manager (mac) - clicking on .apk files. I'm pretty sure this was working previously.

Here's my jdeploy script

I did just notice something.. when looking at the docs the format looks a little different:

Did this change? I think I originally just used the GUI

quick update - I tried changing package.json but after updating Info.plist still looks the same

last post -- that change did work but I had to re-install the app in order for the Info.plist to be updated.

Thanks for sharing. Indeed changes to file associations require a reinstall.
