Version info is wrong for jdeploy 5

Currently the "About dialog just shows version of the .app, which is always 1.0.0. There is another ticket open that requests to have the installer set the version to match the version of the installer. But since app updates can happen without updating the .app bundle, that version won't reflect updates after installation.
