Issue 1 - It sucks

• Stuff in bin/debug
• OMG no tests
• will unsafe work on Core? Why did I use unsafe?
• .NET 1.x style collections - generics?
• Configuration is sloppy
• usings for IDispoasables?
• C# 7 isms?
• Port to .NET Core 2.0 - IN PROGRESS ON OTHER BRANCH
