A more flexible alternative

Using INF has several disadvantages,

1. Hard coded paths and version numbers.
2. No dynamic resolution of Windows Terminal profiles.
3. No menu item icon dynamic resolution.
4. No easy way to uninstall (so reinstall is also hard).

So I decided to use PowerShell instead,
