From the specification:
An { ST rdfs:label L } arc indicates that there is at most one corresponding managed resource R in STI and it has the name L. L is a static resource.
To what extent should shape trees provide abilities (like the above) to express and validate static resources? Should we do it at all? Do we do it too little?
