Consider additional shape tree context in headers when performing GET or HEAD on managed resource


When someone retrieves a managed resource, it may be valuable to include headers that let the client know:

* the shape tree managing that resource
* the shape that was used for validation
* the focus node of that shape

This would allow the client to avoid another round trip to lookup information from the shape tree locator.
