weather api changed for free version

Description of problem:
The weather api for the free version and no longer accepts latitude and longitude and uses location instead

http://api.openweathermap.org/data/2.5/weather?q=Brisbane&appid=xxxxx&units=metric
works in a web browser
but kills the weather setup
