espnow support --> Update to newer MIcropython

First of all thx you for implementing this great functionality!
I am currently trying (starting the project) to send the video of my esp32s3 xiao over espnow. Now I figure out, that the module is not present in the FW. So I did some research and found that this was introduced in 1.21. Also in 1.21 ESP IDF changed to version 5.

Is it planed to switch to a newer Micropython version or to include the camera module in the respective ports in Micropython per default?

I know this brings work in adapting the build to IDF-5, but I will appreciate having a little more insights on your Roadmap.
