Support -nouser & -nogroup

As a sys-admin, the number 1 thing I use find for is searching for unowned files. It would be great if fd could support these options.

First of all, I am not a contributor, I am just trying to teach myself Rust better, so this is all purely informational for you. I looked at some of the code and found that fd uses a rust crate called ignore to generate a list of directory entries, and the struct that ignore stores the results of walking the directory in does not include any metadata. It seems unlikely to me therefore that the metadata can be generated in a form that fd can search, in other words unlikely that the feature can be added, without adding also a dependency, namely the https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/os/unix/fs/trait.PermissionsExt.html crate.

Feeling pessimistic I came back to the issues page and did a search for "permissions" and found #1637 which pretty much closes the case. You'll probably have to use another shell tool. You're not entirely without help from fd because it should be able to arrange for them to be printed as described https://github.com/sharkdp/fd/pull/556#issue-592881487 but there are probably easier ways.
