Feature: Logic components indicate when high or low

It would be nice to see at a glance when a logic input/output considers itself high or low. One idea would be to color high I/O labels with the same green as a wire as voltage passes through. There are probably other ways you could do it as well.

This would make particular sense if there were globally configurable logic levels and/or logic components with optional power pins. Right now this issue is only really relevent to mixed-signal circuits with a wide voltage color range configured.

I have submitted a PR to address this: pfalstad#288

The implementation adds a toggleable "Color Logic Pins by State" option in Other Options (off by default, persisted via localStorage). When enabled, logic gate and chip pin leads are colored based on whether the pin voltage is above or below the logic threshold:

• HIGH pins show in the positive color (green by default)
• LOW pins show in the neutral color (gray by default)

This makes it easy to visually trace signal propagation through logic circuits. It covers all logic elements: gates (AND, OR, XOR, NAND, NOR, XNOR), digital chips (flip-flops, counters, etc.), inverters, tri-state buffers, and delay buffers.

Wire coloring and non-logic elements remain unaffected -- only the pin stub/lead segments of logic elements are recolored.
