Improve Right-Click on Windows Taskbar

I really like how on some Windows Apps, when you right-click on the app in the taskbar, then you get additional options regarding the app. I want the same for Roselt Developer Tools.

It would be cool if you could choose your recent tools or your most used tools from the menu in the taskbar.
