Support bitbucket server TOC (Each markdown title must have it's own anchor) #275
Description
Ideally, an option to allow [TOC] tag to be compliant with bitbucket server restrictions (each header requires their specific anchor ) would be great.
If I use markdown [TOC] tags with the github-light.css a table of content is generated. However links do not work in the bibucket server display page since they need anchors on each titles.
