compiling error in state.cpp

hello,
if anyone can help,, I am trying to compile the code on Arduino ide and have also tried on visual studio code, but the output is this:

if it is a noobish question I am really very sorry in advance as I am new to coding.
but any kind of help is greatly appreciated..

p.s. I also did put all the included tvout libs in my Arduino lib folder

I did compile successfully by delete file new, new.cpp, new.h in folder C:\Users<your windows user name>\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages\arduino\hardware\avr\1.8.6\cores\arduino

it could other version than 1.8.6 in that folder
