MenuList width related issues

1. When Overflow is set to Dropdown, width settings are not applied to the MenuList component itself; they only affect the container that wraps the MenuList. (designer view)

2. When Overflow is set to Scroll, MenuList not aligned with scroll navigation. (designer view)

3. The MenuList overflows onto other components.
