DataList Config: Extra whitespace rendering between list items

Description:
In the DataList configuration for DTO entities, each list item renders with large, unexpected empty white boxes/containers between records. This results in excessive whitespace and broken visual layout. The issue does not occur in V43, where items render compactly and correctly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to DTO Config form
2. Drill down to details view
3. Observe the white spaces in between records on the "List of DTOs"
