Radio and checkboxGroup: Key/Value options not rendering for API URL and Values Data Source

Components affected for both issues: Radio and CheckboxGroup

Issue 1 : The Radio and checkboxGroup components are not rendering key-value options when the API URL data source type is selected.

Repo Steps:

1. Go to: https://linux-functional-adminportal-test.azurewebsites.net/configuration-studio?docId=4a2a5dee-203b-4b99-a2cf-1775f0ff9397
2. Navigate to Radio component labelled "Gender" and view the configurations on the Data tab

Issue 2 : When two Values are configured, the last edited value displays only a single character (one letter) instead of the full label.

Repo Steps:

2. Navigate to component labelled "Radio 2"
3. Add a new value and observe how it displays.
