Possible data inconsistency 

From what I can see while reading the code there is a possibility that the system can be in an inconsistent state in a scenario when [publishEvent](https://github.com/shijuvar/go-distributed-sys/blob/45a577ccd09ea0c850fd90cc0f9c7952ac4d56a8/eventstream/eventstoresvc/server.go#L50) fails to execute when creating order. I cannot see any compensating actions that handles this situation.
