Shiki Highlighter in Vscode

Shiki is the best beautiful yet powerful syntax highlighting library I have ever seen, and I am extremely happy to incorporate it into my programming.

Based on this, I encapsulated a VSCode extension based on shiki syntax highlighting and imported all themes supported by shiki.
