Directory "/gtk-3.0/apps" after installation

`dark/gtk-3.0/apps` is a link to the `light/gtk-3.0/apps` directory, after installation I see the `[themes]/Greybird-dark/gtk-3.0/apps` directory, but the `[themes]/Greybird/gtk-3.0/apps` directory does not exist.
It's not a bug?

P.S. I apologize if this has already been answered, but I couldn't find it.
