Test the threshold method with the scanner #2
Description
The st_masking.py module allows three methods for creating a mask : thresholding, segmenting the spinal cord with sct_deepseg and segmenting the brain with bet. The threshold method has been the first method implemented in the python script and it has been successfully tested locally with fictional .h5 data, but it needs to be tested during an acquisition on the scanner.
