If the nominated pair fails, will another be selected?

Describe the bug
After a candidate pair is nominated. what will happen if dtls fails, or if the candidate-pair stops working later (network issues, turn server or vpn shutting down etc). will another candidate-pair be nominated?
It seems at least if dtls fails nothing happens.

No renomination will be made.
I hope to implement Restart for ICE at some point, but the timing has not yet been determined.
