Is your feature request related to a problem or use-case? Please describe.

Allow end users to find docs for a specific version of a Shipwright component. This lets users find docs for the most recent version of Shipwright that was released, and allows us to update docs with latest changes that have not been released yet.

Describe the solution that you would like.

Support for some form of version-picker scheme for components. Ex: be able to see v0.13.x docs for Build, and have latest reflect the active work that is coming in v0.14.x.
