VDC agencies spend 15+ hours per project per week manually reviewing construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals. This is billable time that scales linearly with headcount. There is no AI tool built specifically for VDC agencies — they are forced to use generic document management or enterprise GC software that they cannot white-label.

Upload a project's full document set. Ask questions in plain English. Get cited answers from the actual drawings and specs. Auto-draft RFI responses. Detect drawing-spec contradictions before they reach the field.
