Import new file ?

I am interested in VehicleRoutingProblem project.
Saving Algorithm code has Import New. But there is no file like that? Did i miss something? I guess "New" file is coded by you as "Util" file.
I am new at this subject and english, sorry for that.
This is important for me.

I do not have a copy of that file. What functions are missing from the code that is supposed to be from 'new' file?
